Safety of children
We in India experienced the security lapses on very important events due to drunk drivers, irresponsible attitude and temptation to cheap enjoyments. The environment in country is deteriorating fast and women and children are target of the hoodlums. The most dangerous part that in spite of repeated incidences no lesson is learnt and children are still falling in bore wells, ponds and on picnics. Therefore,
1. Drunk drivers be found all the time and send them in jail for two years with driving license cancelled for five years. Driving license issue from one national center to prevent forged multiple licenses.
2. Every school or college picnic will take two constables armed with revolvers from local police station, one sitting in front and one at back in civil dress to ensure that drivers are not drunk, any attempt to cross railway crossing in hurry be stopped, any attempt to loot and plunder or even molestation attempt are shot on sight, any vehicle kidnaping etc. police act without ambiguity. Any attempt to stop bus by plunderers be overridden and crushed.
3. All water wells are covered with fine grill, every boring well covered with heavy cover when not in use and immediately after the boring is over, boring contractor and child’s parents be booked under IPC 302 for any lapses in such events.
4. No water tanks left uncovered even fish ponds, and pit holes or large pits or ground tanks in the schools premises.
5. Every one raise alarm if a gutter or pipeline cover found open or stolen more

It is always easy to give suggestions and advice to others, but it is the responsibility of parents who let their child roam without parents overseeing them. more

Hello, Mr Chitre it is easy to say rather than following the rules and regulations yourself. I am surprised to see your one suggestion that two policemen should be deployed to note whether the driver of a picnic bus is drunk or not. Is police force is for this purpose? What is the responsibility of school/college administration? Should police run the administration of these institutions? We do not consider ourselves worth something and put the blames on others. Sorry, it is absolutely absurd. more
