1) Candidate must be Qualified and experienced .
2) Candidate must not be from areas other than
constituency
3) Candidate must represent the public in the constituency .
4) No candidate should be allowed on the basis of
deposition of donation to party or leaders
5) Candidate must not have any criminal records
6) Candidate must not have dual citizenship or foreign
Origin means candidate must be 100 % Indian. more
