Selling of e-cigarettes vapes in Delhi
Though it is illegal to vape, i still find it very often people doing so in restaurants and bars, pan walas selling them. Why does the government fail to enforce import of such things and put behind bars those selling or consuming?

Through this circle, we must raise a voice, and this may be effective. We know most of the Narcotics Deptt. staff already addicted in Drugs, E cigrattes etc. We do not know what happened they seize tons of drugs/ liquor etc. We never listen these things got disposed and where. So, we must aware ourselves our family our love one from these kind of disease. BACHAW HI ILAZ HAI
