SELLING OF HOUSE IN INDIA

We are residing citizens of Singapore.
My mother owns a house in Gujrat. She is too old to travel. I am busy at work. Can she sell her house & do all the paper work from Singapore & get a lawyer here to have Indian embassy endorse whatever legal documents.
Stamp fees, etc all can be paid from my rupee account. What is the process if the person is unable to travel to India-there must be some way. more
