senior citizens who are suffering financially

Sorry to write that our rail ministry thinks more of the rich to provide concessions.we can say ministers ,rich people , who are given concessions.
Senior citizens have no other source of income except interest on their hard earned money.Interest too is brought to its lowest 5.25%per annum and concession for senior citizen on tickets is also with drawn. more

Govt is least bothered about the plight of Non Pensioner Senior Citizens. Interest is their sole source of Income. This is being reduced from time to time. Inflation is sky rocketing. Medical Expenses are increasing every year. Govt has become totally DEAF and DUMB towards their Grievances. more

I agree with satpalsingji, senior citizens railway concessions must be restored, and also the question for opting the concessions should simple without any tricky confusing manner as most of the Indian senior are not English speaking people. I will also request Railway authorities that the intention shouldn't be to avoid the concessions but to promote the better retired life time. more

We fully agree with Satyapal Singh's views of govt. is not in position to listen Senior Citizens Grievances (i.e reducing the fare for Seniors) then there is no other alternatives left with Seniors citizens except vote against the govt. in the next general elections more

So you do not see the good of the country when you push to vote for a government that looted the country all these years but dangled the carrot of FREE stuff for vote. Know that government does not produce anything or gives anything it takes from the makers and producers. The Covid madness has caused the country to be in this position and we should be thinking " let things recover before asking for free bees". वरिष्ठ नागरिकों और मध्यम वर्ग पर ही आघात होते है और हम जो वरिष्ठ नागरिक भी है और मध्यम वर्ग से भी है सिर्फ़ यह जानना चाहते है की यह नियम विधायकों और सांसदो पर क्यूँ नही लागू होता है ठीक उसी तरह जैसे वेतन भोगियों का पेंसन सरकार बंद करती है पर विधायकों और सांसदों को पेंसन मिलता रहेगा और वह भी सिर्फ़ एक नहि जितने बार वे विधायक या सांसद रहे है उतने पेंसन मिलेंगे - इस पर सब चुप - मीडिया चुप,न्यायपालिका चुप,सरकार चुप - क्यूँ? more
