A wonderful list of benchmarks now govt should ensure the implementation of these points honestly. more
it requires commitment from persons concerned, not only how to many money @ others cost , which is our norms now more
Municipal Corporations have a very big job in hand towards maintaining good health and prevention of spreading of diseases, therefore they need to have a huge infrastructure and a army of trained manpower. Then they have to be accountable for the work done, money spent, money earned and results on Ground! one must not be transferred before that? more
I had submitted an application for change of title with Demand Draft and attested copy of the House Document. It is more than 2 years that I have not received the approval.Whenever I visited their Office,I am informed that the dealing hand is not available. The area where the property is located was under ALANDUR Municipality,Chennai, but now under Chennai Municipal Corporation. There should be some prescribed time limit for issue of such approvals. The performance of Staff in Municipalities/Corporations needs drastic improvement. In my opinion,All clerical posts should be manned by retired military staff in all wings of the Government. more
Municipal staff do not work properly with the result you find garbage every where. There is no accountablity. more
