1) Recently, IFB Service center took away service charges of Rs. 590/- without pointing out the defect in the washing machine & to cheat demanded Rs 4500/- for repairs. A local electrician charged Rs. 500/- & simply put back the displaced belt to repair the machine.
2) Another recent case, Lenovo Mobile was taken to the Service center for slow charging. The technician sitting behind the glass curtain claimed the defect to be the socket in mobile & charged Rs 950/- for the replacement of part, however, the problem of slow charging persisted. Actually, Rs. 950/- were charged for nothing, only for disservice & wasting time money & energy of the customers.
4) Tatasky in contravention of TRAI direction, sell at high rate packages of its own choice to customers with film channels of old & failed movies & other useless channels. Trick of Tatasky trade is not to offer channels desired by the customer. When a customer tries to select channels on Tatasky internet, the net conveys error 404. That is how Tatasky is cheating & fleecing the pockets of the customers & avoiding rules, directions & orders laid down by TRAI

Actually, the product manufacturers should offer 3 free services in two years instead of one year warranty. more
