Service of TVs, ACs, Mobiles & Appliances

Service Centers for TVs, ACs, Mobiles & Appliances are simply business of cheating. Companies making big profits from the market also earn from franchisees. Service centers hardly serve most of the customers.
1) Recently, IFB Service center took away service charges of Rs. 590/- without pointing out the defect in the washing machine & to cheat demanded Rs 4500/- for repairs. A local electrician charged Rs. 500/- & simply put back the displaced belt to repair the machine.
2) Another recent case, Lenovo Mobile was taken to the Service center for slow charging. The technician sitting behind the glass curtain claimed the defect to be the socket in mobile & charged Rs 950/- for the replacement of part, however, the problem of slow charging persisted. Actually, Rs. 950/- were charged for nothing, only for disservice & wasting time money & energy of the customers.
4) Tatasky in contravention of TRAI direction, sell at high rate packages of its own choice to customers with film channels of old & failed movies & other useless channels. Trick of Tatasky trade is not to offer channels desired by the customer. When a customer tries to select channels on Tatasky internet, the net conveys error 404. That is how Tatasky is cheating & fleecing the pockets of the customers & avoiding rules, directions & orders laid down by TRAI

Actually, the product manufacturers should offer 3 free services in two years instead of one year warranty. more

samsung TV-there was small problem-i called on to their toll free number-their engineer came-saw-and told that my TV is old model and company does not have spare part and then he moved-TV-TV was working then he talked with service center about the spare -then he left home with rs 295/-as his visit charge-this was on dt 17th ,,,December,...to-day its 6th Janu 2020-I frequently reminded He told me that he will come with another person and will do the repair...!!even after so many msgs-company is silent !!!service engineer is not responding i am /rather we are stuck up....!!!spare is not available-!!!will come with another person-He had even not bothered thereafter i am thinking to move this to consumer court old model and no spare parts available !!! more  
Most of the companies do not have their own service centres. Instead, they appoint the local service centres as their authorised service centres, which could be most appropriately called as their authorised "cheating centres" through whom they continue their profiteering post sale of their products duping the customers for years. These authorised service centres do not even have qualified technicians and are unable to identify the problems erupted in the machinery. Moreover, they take undue advantage of their ambiguous warranty reading as "against manufacturing defects" which is difficult to establish coupled with our lethargic & corrupt administration making our land the "paradise of dishonest". more  
Recently Whirlpool fridge servicemen demanded Rs 450+GST for visiting. They are not interested in repairing but collecting the exorbitant visit charge. My local person charged Rs 300 for replacing the defective relay. more  
What the company is interested is sale and profits not the customer satisfaction- we should all make them realize by class action whether through court or our own initiative by desisting from buying products of such manufacturers to make them realise the power of consumer more
