Services by e portal Myntra

After sale services provided by Myntra is absolutely pathetic. They are not picking up the shoes that I have bought , and now want to return, just because box is of different shoes. The pickup agent is not able to cross verify the serial number. Contacted Myntra umpteen number of times but to no avail. I think I will be losing Rs 5000/-. Lodged complaint 12 times and on all occasions was closed without resolving the issue. They have no escalation matrix for lodged complaints. Only customer care executives who gives robotic replies. more

Beware of Myntra. It is not at all reliable. Most of the products being sold by them are either refurbished or second hand. So be careful while dealing with this company. more
AJAY BABU,all you have to do are as follows-1.Send one complain letter by SPEED POST WITH AD to the Managing Director of the company,ie MYNTRA.2.Lodge a GD with the LOCAL POLICE STATION of cheating and harassment.3.If no response, you may lodge a complain withe your STATE GOVERNMENT,Director of FAIR TRADE and PRACTICES....they will call you and the Myntra rep. and try for a mutual settlement.4.If they fail, you have to file a case with the CONSUMER DISTRICT COURT of your city.No LAWYER is needed. Have patience, work logically..devote some time, you will be rewarded. With regards.BN DAS more
shoes in particular by default face to face only since ages sirs ? more
Sir, for all companies, the condition for return is that it should be returned in original packing ..After receiving the material they also need to return it to the manufacturer if it is defective, or resell if if product is good but you returned because of your choice. How do they do that without the original packing? As a responsible customer you also have some responsibility sir. more
Madam, They have supplied in different box. Not a fault of mine. more
