WE ARE EAGERLY WAITING TO KNOW UNDER WHICH IPC SECTIONS THE FOLLOWING CRIMES CAN B BOOKED, PLEASE DNT SHY AWAY, PLEASE LET US KNOW, AS U DID IN IN CASE OF TOMAR. 1. FM, SUSHMA SWARAJ: ..........As an interim solution pending the decision on an appeal he(Lalit Modi) filed before a division bench of the HC, Modi sought a British certificate of travel. The British government demurred on the grounds that the Indian government had serious objections to a fugitive being helped in this way, and there matters stood, until May 16, 2014. The election of Narendra Modi(2002, USA:NO VISA, DELHI LOVES MODI: 32/70 TO 03/70) and the subsequent appointment of Sushma Swaraj as External Affairs Minister changed everything. We now know from the leaked email correspondence of Lalit Modi and the British MP Keith Vaz that Swaraj actively intervened to ensure that the man whose presence in India is still being sought by the ED obtained the British travel documents he sought.......... ........So she(Sushma Swaraj) decided to inform the British government that India no longer had any objection to this fugitive from Indian law being allowed to travel to Portugal or anywhere else in the world. .. One of the lawyers who also appeared for him was a young woman called Bansuri Swaraj, who happens to be Sushma Swaraj’s daughter........... (CHARGES INCLUDE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ALSO...) 2.VASUNDHARA RAJE: Documents released by a PR firm, acting on behalf of Modi’s lawyer Mehmood Abdi, suggest that Raje, who was then the state opposition leader, specified that she supported “any immigration application that Lalit Modi makes, but do so on the strict condition that my assistance will not become known to the Indian authorities”. “This witness statement is provided on the strict understanding that its contents and the identity of its maker are treated confidentially and that it is used only for the purposes stated in it,” stated the unsigned three-page note, dated August 18, 2011. - See more at: http://indianexpress.com/article/india/india-others/after-sushma-vasundhara-raje-in-dock-for-favouring-lalit-modi/#sthash.fDScoDsW.dpuf “Niyant Heritage Hotels Pvt Ltd, owned by Vasundhara Raje, her son Dushyant Singh, daughter-in-law Niharika Singh and Lalit Modi has taken possession of a Government of Rajasthan property, converted it into a private high-end luxury hotel and invested over Rs 100 crore in that,” senior Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said. Modi, the Rajasthan Chief Minister and her family has “forcibly” converted the government property into private property, he alleged. “The Government of Rajasthan’s documents conclusively establish that the Dholpur Palace was never the private property of Dholpur family, it was always a government property,” he said. - See more at: http://indianexpress.com/article/india/india-others/vasundhara-raje-lalit-modi-have-direct-financial-dealings-congress/#sthash.4NGt7bdO.dpuf An FIR was filed against Leader of Opposition in the Rajasthan Assembly Vasundhara Raje and her son Dushyant Singh, a BJP MP from Jhalawar-Baran constituency, on December 9, 2011 on charges of land grab. They are among nine accused in the case. Documents show that Mr Singh and his wife in 2013 declared the nearly 6,000 shares they held in their firm, Niyant Heritage Hotel Pvt Limited, were worth Rs. 10 each. Their combined stake was worth about Rs. 65,000 according to their income tax returns. But before that, in two tranches in 2008 and 2009, Mr Modi bought shares in the same firm at nearly Rs. 96,000 each. So each share purchased by his company, Ananda Heritage Hotels, was with more than the collective stake of Mr Singh and his wife. Mr Modi's company also granted an unsecured loan of Rs. 11 crore to Mr Singh's firm. AS PER 1949 RECORD DHOLPUR PALACE IS OWN BY GOVERNMENT, AND VASUDHARA RAJE OR HIS SON........UNDER WHICH IPC CLAUSE, SIR? 3. BHUSANJI, PLEASE LET US KNOW UNDER WHICH IPC SECTION SMRITI IRANI CAN NOW BE BOOKED AFTER PATIALA COURT ADMITTING THE CASE? 4.Maharashtra minister Pankaja Munde Maharashtra minister Pankaja Munde in trouble over Rs 206 crore scam Maharashtra women and child development minister Pankaja Munde Maharashtra women and child development minister Pankaja Munde is in trouble for flouting norms after reports emerged regarding her department bypassing rules while placing order for material worth Rs 206 crore. According to reports, the Maharashtra women and child development department procured goods worth Rs 206 crore without following the set guidelines. According to government rules, ministries placing order above Rs 3 lakh must do so through the e-tendering process. However, Pankaja, allegedly cleared 24 purchase orders to buy chikki, mats and books for anganwadi schools in a single day without inviting tenders. The scam first came to light on June 15, when the office of Pankaja Munde received a letter from Ahmednagar Zila Parishad president Manjushree Gund complaining about the quality of chikki (a popular snack) distributed to tribal students under the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS). Documents available with India Today shows that the ICDS commissioner had mentioned that the minister had asked to cancel all the earlier proposals regarding purchase of materials. The documents also claimed that Pankaja had asked concerned authorities to buy chikki through and an NGO - Suryakanta Mahila Sahakari Sanstha. A blame game has already begun over the alleged scam with the Congress demanding immediate resignation from Pankaja, daughter of late BJP leader Gopinath Munde. The BJP, on the other hand, said it is too early for the party to comment on the issue as it is yet to verify scam reports. Former chief minister and Congress leader Prithviraj Chavan demanded a CBI inquiry and said the scam exposed the true colours of the government. "Be it Pankaja Munde or Vinod Tawade, this government would not remove anyone. After all, this is the policy of the Modi government to brazen out all allegations. The scam has exposed the real character of this government. The minister (Pankaja) must give an explanation on the issue," Chavan said. "It is shocking that a Rs 206-crore scam has come to light. The minister, Pankaja Munde, should step down and a proper enquiry should he conducted. There were contracts which were given without tendering. If the CM is guilty, he should also be probed," said Maharashtra Congress leader Sachin Sawant. When asked about the issue, minister of state (independent charge) of skill development and entrepreneurship Rajiv Pratap Rudy said, "I am not aware of the case yet. Let us first ascertain facts. Not sure if media reports are right. Let me first know what is the case all about." The allegations against Pankaja is certain to add to Devendra Fadnavis government's trouble. The Maharashtra government is already facing flak over reports that one of its ministers, Vinod Tawde, had allegedly presented false credentials in his affidavits to the Election Commission. PLEASE TELL WHICH IPC SECTION CAN APPLY IN PANKAJA MUNDE'S SCAM?
