Sewage Disposal in Yamuna
It has come to notice that so many sewage disposal Nallahs are discharging city sewerage to Yamuna. It is a humble request to the Chief Minister of Delhi to make arrangements to stop disposal of sewage to Yamuna so the residents of Delhi could get clean water for their daily use. It will be the great work of Delhi Government if they do this work. more

Govt is telling their citizen not to thrown flower to any river. But govt bodies allowed to discharge city sewerage to rivers. sewerage is a major source of pollution to all revers. Govt are not doing this because of hues investment. more

DJB AND DELHI GOVT. HAVE TOTALLY FAILED TO DO ANY FRUITFUL WORK FOR THE DELHI MASSES. MOST OF THE SEVERE PIPES IN DELHI HAVE OUTLIVED THEIR LIFE AND ARE LEAKING. SO IS THE CASE WITH THE FRESH WATER CARRYING PIPES. FREQUENTLY THE SEVER WATER ENTERS IN THE WATER PIPES DURING DAYTIME AND NIGHT TIMES WHEN THERE IS NO FRESH WATER PUMPING AND PIPES ARE RELATIVELY EMPTY. THIS IS RESULTING INTO A VERY SERIOUS WATER POLLUTION PROPBLEM. THE FRESH WATER IS MIXED WITH THE TOILET-SEVER WATER. THIS WILL RESULT IN SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES. DESPITE CONSTANT COMPLAINTS OF DIRTY WATER BEING SULLIED NO ONE TAKES CARE OF THE COMPLAINT. more

Instead of investing in Sewage Treatment, Factories bribe the sanitation department who turn a blind eye to the discharge of effluents in ponds, lakes and rivers. Bengaluru's bilandur lake has become pink and several times foam like washing soap foams get blown on to the roads. Uma Bharati was pulled up several times for not submitting reports on steps taken to clean Ganga. The Namami Gangey project where 1300 crores of tax payers money has already been wasted with no fruitful results was the reason behind Uma Bharti taking a sabbatical from the polls as she knows as also the BJP that her inefficiency would be touted as failure of the party. The party has been so busy conquering new frontiers that they forgot development(which has only been on paper). more

The Govt is aware and so is the DJB Sewage is discharged in the Nallahs flowing in the Capital. To name one is the Bara Pullah Nala Sewage to the extent of 50 % is being discharged in these Nallahs as no Sewer Pipes have been provided for over 50 to 60 years Unauthorised Colonies have mushroomed in the South of the Capital who are discharging Sewage in open Nallahs and carried to the River Yammuna The answer to this problem is Sewer Pipes be laid down for carriage of sewer to the Treatment Plants at Wazirabad or others The cost is huge approximately Rs 20K Crores In the Interim STP be set up enroute to Yammuna and approx 25% water will be available to the Horticulture Dept for maintaining the Parks / Trees etc rather using the Sub Soil Water The excreta once dried can be used as manure to be sold by DJB incl the Water to maintain the Greens in Delhi God Bless Delhi more

Sewerage can be let into a machine (near the Yamuna river) which recycles the water from the human excreta and send it for watering plants in public parks as well as private gardens outside households. The excreta can be converted into manure and supplied to farms nearby. Instead of polluting the Yamuna river, this alternative yields some income to the Municipal Corporation. more
