Correct . Even today, Fourth year Girl was reported as Raped . These increasing since after only 2006 as per Police Records and T.V. Reports . The Means of Visualizing Sex instigating , provoking and exiting Expressions in 24 hour T.V.Channels amidst Roadside Liquor supply even adulterated COULD NOT BE ARRESTED BY STATES , while the High Courts also could not mandate the restriction proposed in article 47 just because the Businessmen challenged against the Bihar State that banned preparation and supply . None is exercising the imposition of I P C Sections suitably just because of the diluted Political Democracy . None is interested either to run a dignified , decent , morale Society and none is interested to arrest the Sex and Love Provocating Foreign Culture and Events of Love , pub , Kiss etc., etc., Astonishingly , No Governing Body of the of the Constitution is taking interest to have Uniform Civil laws and to Curb the exemptions and relaxations of Sexual intercourse which indeed a RAPE but , set at save and selfish corner with the permitting " Consent of Women " in the issues of real Rape .
