1. Strict laws should be made against asking for sexual favours as bribery
2. Every company should have a sexual harassment hotline reporting to the board or atleast the promoters
3. Every district magistrate should also have a sexual harassment hotline for any cases from the district
4. Every state chief minister should have a state level sexual harassment hotline for cases unaddressed by district
5. Victims should complain and take matters up with the authorities to take action
6. Complaints of such actions should also be swiftly dealt with by the human resource teams
7. Controlling this menace is possible to some extent by women education, empowerment and raising their self esteem
8. Parties offering sexual favours to get trade benefits should be considered a corrupt practice
9. Companies/individuals sending prostitutes for clients should be booked for encouraging prostitution
10. If a client demands for such a favour, it should immediately be reported to the superior authorities with documentation
11. Volunteering to give sexual favours should also be put in the same band as offering a bribe.

1. This is very rampant in Indian society where high valued sales are at stake
2. Many times escorts are arranged rather than an employee of the firm selling being subject to such bribes
3. Sexual favours are asked from female employees for getting promoted
4. Clients ask for such favours for giving/renewing business
5. Some ministers/senior level Government officials indulge in sexual bribery in exchange for contracts
6. In some cases, such favours are provided during overseas trips of Ministers/Government officials where sex can be purchased and the company becomes the sponsor
7. Such deals are done through most trusted employees and if any one of them raises concern they are either fired or such conditions are created that they leave the company
8. Some people also voluntarily give sexual favours to move up the ladder quickly
9. Sexual favours are asked while interviewing for jobs
10. Sexual favours are used as bribe in judiciary from lady advocates and to get favourable judgments. more
