Sexual Harassment Allegations
Day before another startup founder faced a charge of alleged sexual harrassment from a female employee, Per the report, a FIR was filed in Delhi under section 354 A (sexual harassment), section 509 (insulting the modesty of a woman), and section 506 (criminal intimidation). The founder application for anticipatory bail was denied yesterday. he has 5 days before arrest.
My question to entrepreneurs and startup india team members in GOI is what saves the male entrepreneurs from this alleged harrassment by females.
What provision is there in law to save ceos, founders from alleged charges by females. Does the law just go by what the female reports and just arrest the person on the other end. What if it is another disgruntled female non performing employee? If the charges are proven there is proof, the person should face the law but mere allegation leading to arrest is unacceptable.
It will further be a drag on women employablity in startup world. more

This subject is increasingly being talked about in social circles.only the women knows the truth. It's better to be careful to comment only after knowing full facts. Geraralisation in such cases is dangerous. more
