Sexual Remars
Such incidents are on the rise, we all know. This must be reduced if cannot be stopped. Is there a sudden rise of this phenomenon or it started with the popularity of digital media? The natural instinct of the male cannot be curbed by arrests or punishment. Let us learn by our experience of Nirbhay case and the change in the law providing stringent punishments. Did we notice any fall in such incidents? The answer is no. Even yesterday in Kolkata a 4 year old girl in well known school was sexually assaulted by school teachers.
The young and old have access to so much inciting material on many sites that once they get chance they would like to experience the excitement. The urge is so powerful that they possibly forget the consequences.
I have no solution but can suggest that if pornography sites can be stopped by international consent it may help. Though I know, our daughters are not going to accept this suggestion, but with apologies to them, please be more careful about your dress code.
The media can be used to make public aware the punishment of such acts. Even in class rooms once in awhile the class VI onward this issue can be highlighted by teachers. more

All the implemented human rights are in theory level instead practical, male, female equalism all are in totally failed, required an education revolution to remove these kinds of weeds from basically, nowadays the sexual abuses increasing against children. There is no difference in age? more

The Police Statistics also prove the fact that Sexual Abuses multiplied only after introduction of T.V.Channel presentations from the year 1997 . The Second cause is the increasing individual attitude provoked at political interest while the Teens are inevitably away from Family atmosphere for education far from natives . Many fully know that the culprits of public crimes and government/private Property damages in multiple of Crores also kept away from punishment . The Gender discrimination opted by Political Parties after running with Cast and Community Vote bank decades together, is the cause of developing rivalry between those viewing the Debates in T.V. Liquor Tragedies and T.V. Channel Menace are the BASICALLY FIRST 50% and the Challenging and Debating attitudes of individuals IS THE BALANCE 50-% root cause for the Menace of Sex and so called Rape . THERE IS ABSOLUTE NEED FOR THE GOVERNMENTS REALIZE AT PUBLIC AND NATIONAL INTEREST. more
