Corruption is a major topic but where it has been rampant we have to differentiate between corrupt persons and corrupt systems. Corrupt systems root out the honest and gradually the corrupt have risen. While removing corrupt persons is needed, the need is to identify the systems that force the honest to support. While corruption is global scourge, Indian corruption is by design, where Laws are left vague by appendix and sub sections that allow individual discretion. The intent is specifically to force every honest person to pay based on threat of delay. Technology is the first tool that must be used in processes where there are more than 3 steps for some clearance, information, sanction or physical delivery of a document. Human discretion must be minimized. No point only catching the corrupt if the process is not changed. more
Great - this link and code is what I was looking for. Everyone must strive to bring the best and brightest minds to this community. Our opportunity to shape the nation. NaMo the great. more
Thumping majority to Modi shall help him to take up reform process fast. India has already lost precious years due to total mismanagement of congress, now we hope that Modi shall be able reverse negative trend and build nation on the basis One India. We wish him good health and great success. more
Modi got thumping majority but he can not do everything with a magic wand. Balanced Development of all states shall be the first priority more
