Lock down should be extended further to stop the growing of virus. more
Lockout should be lifted gradually depending on local conditions more
It should be lifted only gradually depending upon the situation in a particular district. more
Looking at the present condition especially after the Jamat episode, if Lock down is lifted, we will reach Day One again and there is risk of Very widespread of Virus, hence it is advised to be lifted in phased manner such as One week difference for each stage of lock down relaxation: 1. Those Villages or Kasba or Mohalla (in the cities), where there had not been any case, free movement should be allowed and shops opened in that area, this will also help in harvesting the Wheat crop, also Govt. should sell the Ration and other essential items & also Cattle Field to the Shopkeepers, These vehicles should be Govt. monitored and allowed only till the entry point of the Village, No Transport or movement from One Village or Mohalla to other should eb allowed 2. If everything is Okay, in the next week the Free movement could be enlarged to Thesil basis, Thana or Ward basis (as per Municipal Corporation areas) however, if even one case is detected in the meantime, Lock Down should be imposed again immediately (without any excuse), No running to Trains or Flights, Only Buses to be allowed till the area which is within the limit of Lock down relaxation 3. In the next week, again it should be enlarged to a bigger area such as whole city or Town or even district, keeping in mind to clamp Lock down again if even as single case is found positive in that area 4. In this way, Lock down can be removed in phase wise 5. Train and flights should be stopped for atleast another two to three weeks till end of April, 2020 6. All Religious places including Temples, Mosques, Gurdwara, etc to be closed till 15th of may, 2020 7. Everyone should be compulsorily asked to wear Masks when going out of their House for atleast another 3 months 8. Strict ban on Shaking Hands or Hugging or any other means which is likely to spread the Virus 9. All Pubic Offices (Govt. as well as Private) should have faculty to Was Hands and Soap should be provided, this should be made compulsory and punishable with fine and Jail if not adhered to 10. The Rumor Mongers will be at their best during this time and they should be handled very strictly and exemplary punishment should be given to hem so that other will think twice before spreading any rumor 11. The so called Representatives of Jamat or other self proclaimed secular liberals or Religious leaders should be banned immediately from TV debates as they are spreading hatred and religious hatred. Intelligence should keep a close watch on them and if they do not understand, they should be booked under NSA and sent to prison isolated prison more
Before we think of lifting/unlocking the lockdown, antisocial elemrnts obstracting the Govt. efforts to control the spread of Covid-19 have to be controlled. Such elements should be kept in concentration camps and be given immediately exampalry punishment. Among the Nizamuddin Jamaities who are hiding themselves to avoid testing/treatment for Covid-19 should be allowed to suffer and left to their faith instead of forcing them to Covid-19 treatment and in the process giving them an opportunity to put others life in danger. more
