As per railway all booked tickets for the journey during lockdown period will cancelled automatically and full refund will be given to passenger. However this full refund means only fare portion and railway is not refunding convenience and other miscellaneous charges charged by IRCTC. This means lots of profit to railway and that's of free of cost. It appears that there is malpractice by railway.... This matter may be reviewed by railways and process all refunds accordingly...
