Sharing Delhi Issues

I downloaded the localcircles app today from google play store below. I think all members should.

If we can use this circle to highlight issues of Delhi and if Governors, Arvind Kejriwals and his ministers offices can be connected into this circle, things could get addressed faster. Just a thought. more

People who have spent their hard earned money and bought a flat/house in unauthorized colonies are living a very critical life. The roads are in very bad condition. There is acute shortage of drinking water, no proper sewerage, no street sweeper to lift the garbage etc. etc. Private sweepers charge very high from the residents. If MCD garbage vans are provided to each unauthorised colony, residents will get much releaf. Almost every plot owner (in most of streets) using their ground floors as shops and some where (especially restaurants, dhabas, sweets shops, meat shops etc.) are creating great nunsence to the residents of first floors. There is heavy trafic rush especially in the peak hours which create heavy traffic jam and sometimes lead to road ragues. Before election, many politicians visit these colonies but as soon as the election is over, they all disappear.... why....they need vote only more

I do not think the concerned ministers will try to settle the grievances of the public if complaint is lodged on APP. I lodged a complaint about my village one year back. I have gone in the public meeting at CM residence, but to no avail and the grievances still remains unsettled. Strict implementation of policy is the need of the day and the public wants immediate results. Such useless declaration has no meaning if it is not properly executed. There is no difference in this Govt and the previous Govt. Govt should pay attention and try to settle the issue on fastest manner. Revenue Department is fully corrupted and there is no improvement because the Head of revenue department shares the booty collected by the Sub-registrars. I do not think there would be any progress to meet the need of the public. Ram Yadav more
I appreciate your thinking of the LocalCircles. But have you seen all that is going on in the different segments of issues in the LocalCircles - legal, EPF, Together against corruption, Transforming Delhi, Transforming India, etc. etc. There are members in every segments who post their comments, new resources, new issues within the limits of particular segment e.g food standards (FSSAI), legal matters, etc. There is in fact no need of downloading localcircles app by us. What we need is participation in the different Local Circles by making our comments based on education, awareness, experience and knowledge that may help the poser of the issue. I suggest you also be just a member of the LocalCircle that you are interested in. A Local Circle is managed by a Manager who is doing a good job. Delhi has numerous issues; political, social, economics, environmental, and of general consumer concern. Your joining the issue is welcome. more
I wish the AAP and BJP elected representatives could conect. Citizens could be a great force to point out wrongdoings for action. more
