Shopclues may go out of business

This is one company thats twice not delivered an ordered product and made lame excuses. We had ordered a printer. After waiting 2 weeks, we come to know they wont be delivering it.

I would strongly suggest to members dont order stuff on this site with credit card. Only COD if you must use this site. more

Yesterday I ordered for my Nano Car's batteries Online on a site called LetsBattery. I not just got a Discount of Rs.300/- but also Free Delivery+Installation+mobile holder(Free) and there was a difference of nearly Rs.800/- had I bought it from a Dealer. And I had never heard of this site..I just googled and got hold of it and went by trust. I got a call the very next minute detailing the offer. A proper Warranty Card was also issued ( Amron Battery). more

Whenever there is a service default by any of the Online Companies, make it a point to give/leave your comments on their Facebook Page and you will see them running after you. more

Depends on the product, Company with whom you engage and your approach. Try writing to company's heads first and if it does not yield results, then escalate it to their website/FB page. That should be last resort. more

COD and checking of all products before accepting delivery is a must. Will there be such a ruling to avoid any misuse and malpractice. more
