Our country's politician would never agreed fully in Parliament houses on removal of 370 or 35A in J&K. Or any strict remedial action ,after this deadly terror attack too .
This terror attack is to be seems as an attack on our nation's pride also., The terrorist, Pakistanies and in house anti nationalist are celebrating and challenged to our whole defence power because having all amunitions and missiles are useless if my soldiers are killed in our land by enemies. Why we have this, for which days, How one could dare to planned and killed our people ?
All we know, it is never possible to made agree on all remedial strict action in Parliament, so why should not declare a short span of time of war emergency and do whatever
You Want and completely vanish the terrorist seeding or anti nationals , terrorist training centers, their ordinances, their supply line of money and fooding, their trainers , their libraries , ban on extra marriage and birth, not only at POK and Pak but in house system too . more

JK Separatists since 6 decades cornering Political Parties, Ruling Alliances through several type of Threats JUST TO KEEP Aarticle 370 alive forever. If not, the patriotic Parties could have decades back itself recommended to President of India and the Rule in the State could have been People and Nation Oriented as in the case of other States. The root cause of decades together Terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir planting and increasing Separatism is only the Umbrella of Article 370. Even now, the Political Parties of Jammu and Kashmir have to realize their fundamental responsibility towards their People, resolve and recommend to close the separation of article 370 in order to join in the main stream of Union of India. They can take full support of Union Government as regards the needed Security support from Threats of Separatists please. more

SC in 2017 hearing a PIL on J & K Aggressors/Activists confined and concluded that Govt has enough Authority in establish Peace providing needed Security . Indian Political Field proved incapable in securing Peaceful Rule since 6 Decades AND, THE APPROPRIATE RULE IS BY ONLY MILITARY in this Region .SC NEED TO INTERVENE TAKING UNDER SUO-MOTU , the present issues read with the Revolting issues / Terror Attacks of the whole period and Order the GOI , the best needed form of Rule and Action . more

'How one could dare to planned and killed our people? ' is a Nationalist Question 99.999% Citizen arise. When the rest 0.001% i.e., about 7 lakhs ever oppose Police/Forces in cases where the long concealed offenders OR those of Criminal Record are attacked/ dead in encounters. Many times the benefit of doubt or failure of punishable Strict Proof also over rule and the Police / Forces are facing issues of insult just because they do not have adequate Proofs of the incident. Defending in such situations the real culprits, had been ever persisted in our system of Rule. The whole Country witnessed backing of Kasab like Terrorists even after Sentenced to Death and, even after the plead is rejected. THIS IS THE PITIABLE STATUS OF NATIONAL SAFETY in India. We all must pray God that there shall not be anyone or any Association TO QUESTION THE LEGITIMACY OF Army's Warning in Jammu and Kashmir that ordered "" Don't Pick up Gun. Anybody Picks up Gun, will be Killed "" . At least we must cooperate Indian Military to Save Indian Citizen if not the State of Jammu and Kashmir . more

Higher Intellectual plan is to be programmed. One is fully occupied security around the Border. 2nd is absolute Vigilance and Intelligence within through an Ordinance both for the State of Jammu and Kashmir as well as other Border Districts of the Country mandating strict punishments. This shall cover full rights of retaliation to Military as well as CRPF. There shall be another Ordinance to conduct Elections in September if Citizens are safe and away from any sort of Aggressive/ Terrorist Actions, Attacks conditioning extension of President' s Rule for 5 years recalling 5 years President ' s Rule in the case of PUNJAB. JUDICIARY AND PARLIAMENTARIANS SHALL UPHELD THIS INEVITABLE IMPOSITION realizing National interest vested in these Constitutional Bodies. more
