What is point ,when the regulation is being done in a way, that doctors should not be able to earn. Every body is so much against the doctors, as by obtaining a degree of MBBS OR MS OR MD, THEY become looters or slaves who has to work more than 24 hrs . There is no point in producing additional number of doctors. ________________________________ From: MAMTA TOMAR Sent: Saturday, July 7, 2018 2:24:03 PM To: bhatiakanwal@hotmail.com Subject: Commented on "Shortage of Doctors" more
There is a total contradiction in this mail itself. You have complain that Doctors have to work 24 hrs. And then you say more doctors should not be created. Then how do you hope to reduce the workload on the head of doctors. One may say employ more doctors but every state health service is running short of Doctors. How do we finally correct this anomaly? This fact can not be denied that most Doctors leave places like AIIMS after earning some experience. more
Government has to give an improved infrastructure with modern facilities in all important government medical colleges this will help to increase the available seats so more candidates can enter in these colleges. Secondly they must have strict regulation for Private Medical colleges especially for the fee structure to make accessible for common public also. Because high fees only the rich students can afford those may of mediocre caliber but many deserving students of middle class families are deprived to avail such opportunities. more
Train more doctors. Create infrastructure. Patients also to consult doctors from all discplines of medicnes. more
The best way is to reduce the number of patients visiting hospitals. Learn from www.artofselfhealing.in, how to treat self for pain, weakness and Improve Immune system etc., automarically number of people falling sick would be reduced. more
But how to do that? more
Nothing could be done. Doctors are already screwed up by the centre as well as the Kejriwal Govt. Nothing positive could be expected.
