Should cabs in Delhi be Women-Driven OR GPS monitored 24/7, which is better for Women Safety ?
For women safety in Delhi, after a recent initiative by Delhi Police, a fleet of few cabs driven by women, was launched on 17 January 2015. But this is not sufficient for ensuring women safety in a big city like Delhi. Please read more on this at below article,

Yes it is possible and both things can be implemented. There is no hard and fast rule to do these things. more

Because this (GPS Navigation & Monitoring) is slightly expensive, at least cab operators should implement it first throughout Delhi. I agree that auto-rickshaws can implement it later. But in a city like Delhi, can this be properly implemented ? Is it possible in a such a big city with such a dense population ? more
