SHOULD THE FORMER C.M’S BE ELIGIBLE FOR PRIVILEGES

The biggest chalenge in this case that they (former rulers and waiting for next term to rule) are on one side and all poorly placed public on other side. Though poetically said that public elect rulers and public have a big role in governance it is all humbac.
Here are a few classical examples.
There are still Ex MPs (a few terms back MPs) occupying govt posh bangalows.Challenge was there to provide accomodation for present MPs.
The arrears of phone bill, mess bill of many MPs not paid. What action taken is not known.(the arrears are after huge privilege they were offered)
Nazma ,who has been recently awarded for some petty thing was once having arrears lacs of rupees towards canteen bill
raisingthe brows of public how one can consume so much with highly subsidised rates of food. When it was explained that she hosted party regularly, why other MPs did not host,is it that they failed in their duties.
MPs who are elected for development of the country as a whole have constitution development fund (Why and where it is applied only God knows) at their disposal without any check and audit.
Simple logic is that the ministry is compelled to be under mercy of elected representatives and they can throw any ministry and the govt is to keep them in good mood by devicing new new ideas to please them.
The arms of the party is strengthed too much,to suit all parties(all parties agree on this single point) and that the candidates not selected on his capacity, not on his service mentality but only on proximity to party leader and family members.
The right time has come with the advent of technology that we people should join together and attempt to draw code for the elected representatives and fix their remuneration. more

When they move out of the position they are normal citizens and if there is threat perception corresponding facilities may be given more
Except the Ex- President of the Nation who prefer for Privileges none to be allowed Privileges, perquisites, pensions etc., . When some MLAs ; MPs ; CMs ETC., are also served with Criminal Notices by Competent Courts , Some still decades together pending in Investigation Agencies like ACB, CBI ; Some pending in concerned Competent Courts under Arguments ; THE ISSUE OF ANY FINANCIALLY IMPLIED PROVISION TO THOSE FORMER i.e., Ex , in any Politically based Legislating Houses shall not be entertained . The concept of Highest and Honourable Status is continuously getting diluting SINCE 1985-95 . more
