Shoulder Pain

My husband hurt himself while playing tennis here in London. Has taken physio for 2 weeks now no change. Any oils or herbs or proven remedies he should be having. May have to get xrays and see otherwise.. more

dear friend, I'm sorry but must say it looks funny..... playing tennis..... hurt.....shoulder pain.... london physio missed provisional diagnosis......in all these words looks things got aggravated or minimised......so basic thing there is a movement of shoulder joint..... whether range of movement got restricted or reduced..... localised pain....swelling tenderness.... physiotherapist should have been given or seen movements of joint....... no issue...... few things need to be evaluated like rotator cuff tear, pain,impingement syndrome, painful arc syndrome, cervical nerve root compression..... adv... -go for digital shoulder joint l x ray -give moov or any localised ointment nise gel to apply -cold compression,stabilised shoulder joint in arm sling method, avoid any shoulder joint movement.. -thanks..... more

Get all investigation. Start wall crawling exercise and do it regularly. It may take some time but will surely help. more
