Shriram Finance Harassment

middle class women, I am a 50 years old middle-class working woman living in Indiarapuram Ghaziabad with my family of 2 sons, daughter-in-law and husband. We have a small chemist shop in Nitikhand Indirapuram , Was trapped into a loan by a NBFC -Shriram Finance , All our lives / business was affected, and They are harassing us , we moved to consumer court, there we offered to pay all the remaining EMIs in one installment, But after that lockdown was imposed and courts are closed and the matter is again delayed, they are not listening to us and the interest is just piling-up there are so many speeches daily on loan disbursement / easy loans for women but where are they ..I have written tweets to almost every minister, PM & UP CM himself but there is no response. You can give loans to big businessmen who then flee the country but for small honest people there is no help just a web of rules & regulations. We are not dishonest, we just want a home loan with a reduced EMI which we can pay easily. If they confiscate our shop & home, we will be on streets and have no option but to commit suicide Sincere request sir please listen to this mother and raise our issue, connect us to some sr. official / govt. authority who can resolve our plight and save my family. I swear to God that we are willing to pay just please save our shop, due to lockdown we are already in a financial crisis more

At the outset, it seems you have availed a business loan against a collateral of your house and shop. If you refer the copy of the loan agreement, the conditions would be clearly mentioned. In case of default of more than the stipulated EMI's, the action to be taken by the company in this regard would be specified. Due to lockdown and Covid pandemic, the loan moratorium is extendable upto 2 years subject to certain terms and conditions. However the requisite criteria should be met - For instance, no EMI / one EMI should have been outstanding before the lockdown ensued. This will reveal your intention in case of default. You need to contact the Regional Office if the branch office is not responding and request for restructuring the loan for a bullet repayment. Check their website for more details. Hope your query i resolved. more
Dear Mam, Being an Ex- Shriram employee I would suggest you to kindly lodge FIR against the personnel of shriram who is harrashing you, I am very well aware about the officials and working culture of this company. At the time of giving loan they hide several things and do fraudulent exercises to disburse loans like fake signatures, fake documents, etc. I have all proofs in this regard. No need to worry just reply to notices and take stay order from your advocate. No one in the industry gives loan on agriculture land or premise build on agriculture land except PSU banks. PSU Banks gives credit in form KCC that is credit limit in customer's account. People comes in depression due to lack of knowledge. Shriram finance is the only company in whole industry who provides loan by malpracticing. more

Please let me know your loan account no. and exact problem in detail. You may send them to my email ID: dhiraj5762@yahoo.com more
Shriram Finance while giving the Loan might have done with an Agreement, giving details of the terms & conditions! While taking the Loan, you were agreeable to terms etc, how come all in a sudden you are reaching the Court? The PM of this country is blamed, CM of UP blamed! they are responsible for a clean administration where you need to be also be CLEAR on your transactions! The msg is written on a fishy manner! Applying proper thoughts, this can be easily handled without any court intervention! more
