YATHA RAJA, TATHA PRAJA. We have to amend rules for a candidate in all Elections of MP,MLA, Corporator etc. Most of them have Criminal Records, have done many a Ghotalas, but are moving Scot free. Cases runs for Decades, but nothing happens. When they are doing wrong things, how can they tell common citizens, not to do it. more

We are in world's largest democracy. Please Know the law's of reality . 1) Murderers, rapists, kidnapers, Drug mafia, will get bail in no time , to threaten and to murder the victim's family for elimination of evidance 2) If rapists die in encounters the police party is punishable with dismissal from service & jail term. 3) The Corrupt politicians involved in the Scams, will keep thousands of Crores in Havala Companies & and their Children enjoying the crores will do business & politics. The C.B.I & E D will run these cases for decades, with out closing the cases and giving political life and power to offender's. 4) The Corrupt & Criminal politicians spend money in elections and inturn will be elected as Law makers.They will be monarch. IN DEMOCRACY THERE ARE HUMAN RIGHTS & PRIVILEGES TO RIOTER'S. SIEZEING THEIR PROPERTY IS UN CONSTITUTIONAL. # BAD & UGLY CELEBRATE VICTORIES. more

Absolutely correct. I'm totally against damaging any property, be it Govt or private. Heavy penalty must be imposed and jailed for causing inconvenience to the public or damaging properties. more

सत्य है पर क्या किया जाए अपनी न्यायपालिका आज UP सरकार और प्रशाशन से सिर्फ़ सवाल ही नही कर रही बल्कि उन्हें आदेश दे रही है की बदले की भावना से कोई कार्यवाही न हो - क्यूँ वे सार्वजनिक सम्पत्ति का नुक़सान करें तो हम उस नुक़सान की भरपायी उनसे क्यूँ न करें? उपद्रवियों और आतंकियों के लिए न्यायपालिका रात में काम करने लगेगी - दिल्ली में जब सरकारी सम्पत्ति पर बने भवन गिराए जा रहे थे तो न्यायपालिका ने रोक दिया और उसका नतीजा है पहले से ज्यादे अतिक्रमण? इसी तरह से उपद्रवियों पर कठोर कार्यवाही का न होना उपद्रवियों का मनोबल बढ़ा रहा और आम राष्ट्रवादी हिंदुस्तानी का मनोबल गिरा रहा है - आज ज़रूरत है अनुशासन क़ायम करने की जिसके अभाव में देश में जिसकी लाठी उसकी भैंश के दिन आ जाएँगे जिसके लिए सबसे पहले हमारी न्यायपालिका उत्तरदायी होगी? more
