Simply GST in real sense

. To make it more business friendly and avoid tax evasion GST council should give software to
each GST registered businessman and introduce online billing. It will not only save time and energy but also will not allow businessman to evade Tax. The E way bill problem will be solved automatically.
For self employed persons GST clause will have to be removed for turnover of less than 20 lacs. TDS clause will help in Income Tax.
One suggestion is for cash less economy:
Transactions by debit cards should be without any charge. If it happens the shopkeeper will have to issue bill for such transactions, Govt. will get Tax on such transactions. By and by system of Sales without bill will automatically finish.
When there will be cashless economy less crimes and less cost of printing and handling currency. We do not see American Dollars in America but we see American Dollars in other countries. I want our currency should also be so strong.
I hope the problems and suggestion can pacify businessmen to some extent. more

GST will be successful only if returns are made easier atleast for first two year. Small traders having turnover up to 10cr to be allowed to file return quaterly. All custom at airport/sea need to be connected with GST network which has not been done till now. more
GST may charge on Turnover of the company/traders, 1% or 2% or even upto 5% may charge & no input credit allowed. This is very easy & Govt. may get more income with less expenditure. more
Considering India's population spread to rural folks and adoptability to cashless system is very difficult becos layman cannot understand if traders cheat the innocent poor bill amount & charged amount for that either he has to take the help of bank or to get educate himself !!! which is difficult task !!! more
To avoid any further mess, the GST should be made chargeable @ manufacturing point and there shouldn't be any further value addition tax. So that the traders could be totally eliminated from tax ambit...Govt can save lot of energy and time... So that better tax administration could take place... more
