Smart solution for cleanliness in all public places
We can see in almost all public places where public gathers frequently there will be presence of one of the unavoidable category of society called as beggars . They are from all age groups and what they do there instead of begging ? Absolutely Nothing !! If you can notice people also becomes more careless about cleanliness of the particular place as they don't have to stay there more time at one spot of the place and at the same time whatever they spread there as garbage it can be easyly collected and get removed from the place ! Then why don't we ask beggars to collect the garbage and clean the particular small spot before giving them money or anything ? ? Due to our clothing,or valuable belongings at that time we may not do it at all public places during gathering, I think the solution will work !
In the train also some beggars doing the same before begging !!
I know it is not the perfect and permanent solution and I also do not want to keep beggars at this stage of there life forever, but till the beggars exists we can follow the solution as small start to the mission because most of us are entrtain beggars or some times we have to entertain them !
Later on may be goverment may implement same kind of scheem for beggars and provide them somthing as daily wages or guarantee of food for the job ! more

Ha ha ha hs ! Nice experience sir !! We can't think that one can except beging as a profession ! ? !! Any ways but the positive thing is as I was worried on your suggestion to send them to sudhar gruh ,if they are fully professional they can not enjoy the free meal there and they may learn somthing there ! But may all beggers are not like that ,thats why I wrote to ask them to clean only one spot or only the place where he/she is begging while you giving them something ! I have already tried your suggestion . Beggar replied me that it is their profession . I was ready to give whole day work of cleaning road in my surrounding against the wages to the healthy beggar, but he was not ready to do work . They are to be treated and send to Sudhar Gruh for training for Cleaning work . So that there living will change . more
