Also instead of sending 9 pairs they send only 3 pairs. On website they have no option to report short supply. When customer asks for refund or return they come for pick up. You have only three pairs with you So you returns them so they cancel only one sub order and refund the amount. When you ask them where is the balance refund they again ask someone to come and pickup the material which was never supplied so they put a remark the buyer wants to keep the goods. If you again raise refund or return request they will again arrange pick up and again they will say you want to keep the goods. When you try to talk to them their helpline is like a never ending SNAKE AND LADDER GAME each level gives KHO to another level â¦. This is supposed to be a standard company which started much earlier than others. Any way one has to take the risk for having opted online. However there may be option to check the delivery and pay. Pls check otherwise don't buy from the company. more
Please raise bad reviews about the seller. He will automatically give you goods for free and pay you back also. Bad reviews hamper their value among online customers. I once received a worst product. When I posted my review. The seller called me and requested to remove the reviews. He also refunded and did take back his product. But this should be used as a tool for cheating. more
