Snapdeal not refunding even after 18 months

I placed order for adjustable portable table vide Order ID 4322505775 via Snapdeal.com on 7/1/2015. The colour of delivered table (on 9/1/15) is not matching with the photographs displayed on the website and hence return request placed on 11/1/15. Snapdeal taken away the table on 14/1/15. But so far, they failed to give back the amount. Can anybody suggest the remedy available to me? more

Yes. simply call 1800 11 4000.Snapdeal is partner company with Consumer Helpline.Your case will be resolved in no time. more
Put an application for refund to Snapdeal customer care via Registered post, also ask them to reply to you within a month and state that you will go to consumer forum for same. wait for 1 month ( as they probably will not reply) , Then file complain on consumer forum against snapdeal. It is straight case of not replying to consumer and you should win the case easily. Also, before doing all this, please check the contract / Invoice , terms and conditions , many a times, Online e-commerce websits put finer T&C's stating that returned items will only be replaced ,etc. if that case, you should put in written application the replaced item you would like to get from them and difference in monetary value to be paid to snapdeal. Hope this will work. more
They have not at all responding, leave alone the reasons for not refunding the amount more
Mostly you are loosing the Table for NO action Even NOW without any delay just lodge complaint of Cheating which mostly will not get registered. Simultaneously lodge Complaint with Cyber Cell as well as Consumer Forum . It will cost you time, money and efforts but certainly fetch required results. more
Did they gave any reason for not refunding? amount? more
