Amazon, flipcart or Snapdeal are giving their platform to seller without putting conditioni that they will not sell counterfeit goods and big profit from it. This is happening because of our weak law and ppor implementation of guideline. We all should make big noise on any issue and force government for amendment in our too old law. more
True, I have this experience recently from Snapdeal. I returned the product as I got to know the packaging I received was smaller than the original one and I called customer care of the brand and I was told it is a counterfeit product and that I should return. more
nothing unusual in any online marketing, product really does not appear so as one visits the web site and see it on photograph. It's one's responsibility whether he/she will choose or not? Of course, firm guidelines need to be framed to address such issue. more
