They had very wisely captured the divide and rule policy with the help of EVER-ENERGIZED WEAPON OF Casts issue ; and later in the third decade, with the help of Minority orientation in not only Religion but also the way they like. THESE TWO ARE NEVER ENDING ISSUES SINCE THE VERY CONCEPT OF UNIFORM CIVIL CODE WAS PURPOSEFULLY SET OFF ; AND, THE ECONOMY BASED BACKWARDNESS RECOGNITION NEVER SET ON even there were wise directions to the Governments. more

The saying has two way application and that is why , in our Constitution also concentration of wealth and money disregarded while carrying the benefits of the constitution to all the people and places is specifically covered. more
