As many must have seen in news, a special court acquitted former Telecom Minister A Raja, lawmaker Kanimozhi and all businessmen and executives accused of bribery and rigging the 2008 allocation of second-generation spectrum, a taint that contributed to the Congress-led coalition’s defeat in the last general election.
Special Court Judge Om Prakash Saini ruled that the court has “absolutely no hesitation in holding that prosecution has miserably failed to prove any charge against any accused”.

It means that Narendra Modi; while campaigning for 2014 elections, was telling lies about various corruption cases including 2G. Please note that this Govt. has been in power for 3 & half years & not a single prosecution in Coal, Augusta, 2G, Stamp, Hawala, Adarsh, Commonwealth games, Maharashtra Irrigation scam & so many listed by Modi, has happened. more

Mr.modi as mentioned he tried his level. Best to prove the corruption but govt officials who are the main culprit how teach the politician as where are the places we can loot there they also get benefitted so as long as corrupt buearcrates are there we cannot prove any corruption so the law implementors that govt official are main cause for failure but my humble suggestion for legal community when you find the minister or official corruption please do not argue for them because you are getting a bad Name of lawyer are interested in kangaroo court more

They found lot of time to escape from the crime. They fed lot bribes to hostile the witnesses. This happens only in India. more

I am not so equipped to claim conclusively whether there was no 2G or was 2G. However, the fact that SC had cancelled 122 licences and sent two main accused in the jail for 1 year speaks volumes about the truth.The aspersions cast by S C over the fun actioning of CBI also gives reason to doubt the credibility on the functioning of CBI.  The time has come to think seriously whether there should be one more agency to keep an eye over the functioning of CBI.
