Soft Tissue Injury - not healing

My wife had suffered soft tissue injury in her foot 3 months back. We landed up with an ortho who did not provide the best of treatment - to say the least.
Later we consulted some other orthos also, but they said it will take time.
Now, despite regular physio & excercise the pain just refuses to subside completely & often aggreviates
Could we have some recommendations on how to achieve 100% healing thru some medications / home remedies / dietary supplements / ointments / oils .. anything that has worked for you..
Pls advise. more

Ajit. Try "Celadrin" Pain relieving Cream. Light massage with it may help you. It has helped me a lot. It is now available with most of the Chemists in Delhi. There are CELADRIN capsules also. I do not recommend the Capsules. more
A Soft tissue injury (STI) is the damage of muscles, ligaments and tendons throughout the body. Common soft tissue injuries usually occur from a sprain, strain, a one off blow resulting in a contusion or overuse of a particular part of the body. Soft tissue injuries can result in pain, swelling, bruising and loss of function (Lovering, 2008). more

For permanent cure, you need to carefully follow your orthopedist who besides prescribing medicines would also require to undertake physiotherapy. It would be a long process but you can not expect any magical solution by only taking medicines. more
