SOLD OUT JUDGE
Extremely scary and despairing situation.
For a common man it would be a jungle rule where influential people and people with muscle power will rule .
once a case goes in court it keeps dragging for years. with practical inflation and unemployment a common man is entangled with fighting for existence do not find time for reclamation.
God forbid if he come across such people who do corruption in law life would be an inferno for entire family of such common man where he has no option to succumb to law take punishment for what he is not guilty and leave he children and family helpless or keep fighting getting exploited paying to lawyers , time , financial, socially , job front for year together and has to succumb to injustice in the end .
It is responsibility of every citizen to join hands and raise voice to have strong deterrent measures and law and order and have democracy in true sense. Make a civilized and safe atmosphere for our up coming generation to leave and avoid brain drain. more

At least we are lucky to have our Representatives have to get our votes every 5 years or less to be Law Makers. But the Judiciary in my opinion is the worst offender to Assault every Law, even Constitutional provisions so go to make, FENCE EATING THE CROPS. So I pray and request all in this circle to pray all the Constitutional Authorities to take Stock of the Constitution, its working efficacy, under the Chairmanship of the President of India with immediate effect. It is very pertinent here that the National Judicial Appointment Commission Act brought in recently and the Hon'ble Supreme Court Striking it down is the PROOF of FENCE ATING THE CROPS in so far as the JUstice and Judiciary are concerned. At least all of us here in this circle must rise above our petty political consideration to put our Constitution back on Track to leave a Civilized world to our children and not to accumulate (loot Public wealth), extending INEQUITY to the Starving mass, for us to make our children's life FEAR FULL, to survive only paying protection money for their life. The Gujarat Bar Association found that there are many Lawyers who are not qualified and have for that reason not registered with BCI yet continue to practice in courts. These liars in black coats are turncoats who take gullible people for a ride. Judges also are tainted in most courts and there have been instances where High Court Judge - a female at that was caught red handed accepting bribe. Another Lawyer also got 50 lakh rupees door delivery...after all greed is not restricted to politicians alone...and politicians and judges always go hand in hand....most parties have an advocate/lawyer as their party member to take advantage of loophole of law to commit misdeeds. more

You have mistaken now adays most of employee s politician are in abroad so when we bring the officials corruption judicial corruption in WikiLeaks it pinch there credibility and while doing so we will not only bring the officials corruption but I am planning to post full family tree of those employee and judicial people's family tree since this had irked the international journalist the wards of those corrupt officials would be either terminated from service either permanently or life long I presume this would pinch the feeling of corrupt employee more

Dhandapani have some Thanda paani and Chill. Wikileaks would hardly be interested in the data you have to offer and even before that you would be behind bars. Judiciary has protection of politicians and politicians have power and Law enforcement and CBI at their disposal. Better not invite trouble on yourself. more

T S V Diwakar, Advocate No court will give wrong judgment. It will give judgment depending on the witnesses and evidence as per the Civil and Criminal procedures. The rest remains how your advocate argues basing on the facts and evidences provided by the client. If judgment is in favour then advocate is great if fails then judiciary is cheated. This is not correct analysation. more

If we criticize or glorify a person or any institution we must consider the dignity of post. A post or an institution is made for the welfare of populace. So without taking account of the person we must indicate the system that disturbs the functioning of the post. So being a citizen I suggest, prefer to explore a legal way out or indicate remedy that no other citizen could face the jolt anyone has already faced. The future generation would accept such endeavour be passing on as a gift of better citizen to coming pace. more

Diwakarji I got an offer from an advocate who informed me that the Judge wanted 10% of my Flat's current value to give verdict in my favor. I refused to believe it and in very next hearing (tenant had to be summoned by court order as he/his legal attorney did not appear for 5 years) yet the Judge gave a verdict asking for maintaining Status Quo till final disposal of case thereby favoring the tenant. My lawyer told me that since I rejected the offer, it must have passed to tenant and they would have given something which brought a favorable judgment...so please don't mislead by singing to the glorification of Judges. more

Higher authority if vests with Political Rulers, Judiciary cannot over-rule. S.C. Directions of 85,92,95 while ignored,; S.C. could not justify the issue of Reorganization of A.P. State though many times approached before and after Draft Bill.
Again, neither President of the Nation, nor the Supreme Court intervened while the issues of Business in Parliament Houses were carried against the concept and honour of Parliament and Legislatures in February, 2014 .
