Solution for stretch marks

I still have lots of stretch marks from my pregnancy. Can someone please suggest solutions to get rid of them. No surgical procedure please. Willing to exercise, use tried tested remedies Ayurvedic products or even medication. more

Stretch marks can go with diet and exercise, wow! Can you shed more light on foods that help reduce stretch marks. more

Sneha if you follow a healthy diet and exercise regime, they will automatically go. For this no body should consider a laser treatment more

Hi Sneha,stretch marks are formed due to breakdown of fat under skin due overdistension of abdomen in pregnancy, obesity.they never disappear , but decrease in sizein few months post delivery. there color also changes.As far as laser treatment is concerned, i am doughtful. more

Hi Sneha, Sharing as much I know, based on someones experience. One lady came from Meerut, she was having stretch marks, Dr Aman suggested her Laser treatment , total 2 or 3 sittings with the gap of 1 month. She took 1 sitting and then she saw good improvement, then after one month she came for 2nd sitting. Her name was Shalu. Each sitting cost was around 25,000. Just in case you want to go for laser, DO NOT go to any other beauty clinic, most of them are fraud and don't have good laser equipment. I trust only Kaya and Dr. Aman. I have never taken any treatment from them, but know as I was working in this line till last year. Hope this is helpful. I have seen one auervedic treatment recommended by good group on fb, But I don't know about the result. let me know if you need it. I will share. more
