SOLUTION TO DELHI violence

01. Courts must ensure that the Protesters whoever it is have no rights to object to the DAY TO DAY activities of other citizens of the country.
02. Courts must take su moto action against the political leaders /activists / journalists who are playing key roles in the riots, behind the screens.
03. Courts must admit only the Genuine Petitions.
04. It is unfair on the part of courts to intervene in the day to day administrations of the all the govts., and authorities.
05. Finally, courts must deal with Iron hand with regard to the Protests and Violence at the earliest, without any delay.... more

Exactly true. All the so called stakeholders and Community authorities are acting at the behest of some politically interested parties who are being directed from some foreign powers who wish to disturb the peace and tranquility of the nation and are trying to defame India as a whole. So in such cases, the Supreme Authorities should take su moto cognition of the issue and take appropriate action in the matter. Further the CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act), as such been approved in the Parliament and got signed and returned by our Hon'ble President, in such a case again the Supreme Court hearing pleas or petitions on this is the mockery of the Parliament only and nothing more. More over CAA is a act which provides citizenship to those persons who are minorities in the neighboring Countries namely: Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh and the other Islamic states or other such countries. In such event how the opposition parties and some so called vested interests are propagating advertently and willfully the wrong interpretation to the masses; that too by some of the very responsible opposition leaders of the Country is shameful. More over the NRC for which even the draft is not finalised for that why the hue & cry is raised here is totally not understood, if any such draft or resolution comes to the floor of the parliament then there why can't the opposition debate on it why to make wrong statements or false statements about the NRC for whole of the Country. The NRC was only taken up in the state of Assam on the lines of the accord came between the parties, way back in 1984 or 1986, which was kept pending for the decisions till the time by the ruling parties, which are now the opposition parties. And the NRC for the whole Country is very essentially required to make a note who are foreigners illegally have secured the Aadhar or Ration Cards in India and stealing the rights as Indians and most-likely these are the vote banks of the present opposition parties. more
Congress since 1954 , 71-72 Neglected NRC befitting JK Separatists giving way for Multiple INFILTRATORS . Now also backing Protesters more
Exactly Correct. If the Stakeholders and Community Authorities ACCEPTED last week's 3: Directions of SC: (1) The Case on Citizenship is pending in Supreme Court (2) Law do not permit Blocking of Roads and Protesters advised to vacate and shift to an open Place (3) Public inconvenience is not Allowed and leads to Action by Law and Order THE ISSUES OF INCONVENIENCE , DISTRESS , DISTRUST AND the Clashes between the long Suffering general Public and Anti NRC CAA NPR PROTESTERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN PLACE . What is Lawful , What is Unlawful , What is Constitutional and What is Anti Constitutional AND , WHAT IS COMMUNAL ALL ARE STILL NOT DERIVED . Judiciary only can best Judge this Multiple questionnaire SINCE 99.99% Citizens and Very Well sharing Fraternity without this Communal / Religious Poison . more
There is urgent need to workout a mechanism to stop the recurrence of such ill events at NATIONAL level. more
