1. More judges should be appointed
2. Number of court holidays should be decreased
3. The case files should be all computerised
4. More authority to be given to lower courts to close cases
5. Cases should be put into different categories and every category should have a time limit in which each case is to be closed
6. More courts should be established in the Block level where family disputes/petty affair of crime/harassment/eve-teasing etc. could be dealt with
7. The police reforms, training and service orientation must be fast tracked and community-police engagement should be developed for better law & order
8. Online filing of FIR should be made possible in all parts of India.

10. A set number of cases should be taken up by the lower courts everyday
11. The liberty of judges to grant dates should be limited to a maximum of 3
12. Judicial categories with sector expertise could be developed so that the cases could be closed quickly (e.g. Company Law Board and National Green Tribunal)
13. The system of appealing in higher courts should be relooked at
14. Time limits should be specified for filing a charge sheet by police
15. Laws must be framed with absolute clarity and should have no room for misinterpretation
16. Lying in the court should attract heavy penalty
17. All Government offices where complainants go should be under CCTV monitoring
18. Every court should have CCTV monitoring with video tapes made of every court proceeding
19. Old laws should be changed/amended according to 21st century
20. Like IAS and IFS, another wing called IIS (Indian Investigation Services) should be established

32. Uniformity or same standards should be followed by all courts/forums for deciding the case (e.g. different High Courts interpret same law differently and award different punishment for the same crime)
33. Departmental representatives/public prosecutors should take their roles seriously as this relax attitude results in delay or judicial process and delivery of justice

Sri K.S.Nagarajan's " if we have the Concerned Judiciary for JUST Justice, then It can bring in election reforms ordering all the Custodian of Constitution to sit together to safeguard our nation. " IN DEED AND IN FACT IS THE DESIRE AND DEMAND OF MANY LIKE ME TOO PLEASE . I had a number of times cited the Supremacy of the Judiciary in Ruling India under the Constitution in force since the laws present are sufficient to address and redress all as the P.M. Bharat, before Arab & East India Co came to loot our Natural & Public wealth, had Temples as our Reserve Bank for the Public surplus wealth created by Karma Yogi way of life we lived through our Cultural Heritage, that Yuwang Swang has recorded. The word Bharath even to-day signifies "Dharma", the Spirit of Unwritten Laws Just based on the revelations of the Law of Nature, genetically impacting our genetics so one with STATE of Mind creates children through whom one gets Pleasure and Pain; as one sows one reaps; by our SAINTS; Saints I mean who were not as best Manipulators as we are to-day. So the looters divided us through implanting poison in such revelations. We had the VIRTUOUS serving the MICRO society and now we have Mega government employment with Perks where VIRTUEs & Employment is under the GREEDY grab and Desirable civilization is lost, as Cowards become Police & Courageous police Dare Devils are dumped in to prison cells, are the fact of life. Judiciary, have Statues of Manu Needhi Cholan in Hon'ble Courts' premises that goes with letters and NOT SPIRIT as often than not. We need Judiciary with SPIRIT FOR JUST JUSTICE and nothing more or nothing less. This will not happen as long as SECTARIAN, Money powered, muscle powered, and looting the public wealth politicians are companions of Judiciary. Means, just as Modi Ji has brought in NJAC Amendment Act 99, if we have the Concerned Judiciary for JUST Justice, then It can bring in election reforms ordering all the Custodian of Constitution to sit together to safeguard our nation. I have some suggestions in this regard. Thank you, Yours sincerely, K.S.Nagarajan. Trustee, Tad Dvam Asi trust. Chennai. E Mail: nagarajanks27@yahoo.co.in Mobile : 9952051951. , more
