Some Accounting Firms CAs facilitate briberies
I recently learned about this circle from a friend and want to share some things that take place based on my experience with corporates and smes.
Many of the indian corporates and even some large smes hire chartered accountants and lawyers to facilitate bribery for them in tax, local administration and even big transactions. The professional bills them for bribes paid in consulting services time.
In some cases the son/daughter of Govt officials is on payroll of CA company.
So these are bribes in white money that can even be used to send children of babus abroad for studies or on leisure trips.
some of even large consultants use these local CAs and lawyers for facilitating transactions of large companies and multinationals. they bill the ca they are outsourcing to even at their billing rate.
Govt must look at going down multiple layers when auditing such bribe facilitating professionals. more

it is not just the accounting firms, the lawyers, the document-writers, brokers, agencies of all kinds, schools, educational institutes, (name them - the modus-operandi differs), are all hand-in-glove. more

Yes!!! Please recall that big Indian corporates have paid Rs 60 crores each annually as remuneration to one Ms Nira Radia to avail public services from Government of India. If we say that our politicians are corrupt then we are wrong the main culprits are else where and the corporates cannot wash their hand blaming somebody. How come that many corporates such as Rcom, Kingfisher, etc became debt ridden companies. What business analysis they performed to justify their investment? It is all because our judiciary as well is corrupt. more

This is all coz. of tortoise speed judicial system - It should be bullet speed judicial system. Till politicians rule we cant expect any change. more
