SOME COROLLARY THOUGHTS AND QUESTIONS afer Yash Jindals POST EUNACKHHS IN TRAINS :

Thanks for the positive response from the Railways for a genuine Malaise expressed . This is one of the largely viewd as over 10,000 have viewd and more than 250 have commented. That means it needs Attention.

It is very sad to note that many haven't identified this practice of seeking Alms and intimididating haplesshapless passengers as an infringement of a legitimate passenger's right.

Some QUESTIONS :
* Should ticketless travel be allowed in Trains first and foremost .
* Should Begging be allowed.
* Should ticketless travellers be allowed to harass the Legitimate travellers.
* Should the begging ones be allowed to intimididate the hapless travellers.
* What is preventing the Adminitartion from preventing such harassing people from entering the reserved compartments, when ordinary people are caught are penalised for ticketless travel.

There has to be compasion on such human beings only as long as they respect the other fellow human beings too.

IF THE COMPASSION IS EXTENDED CLOSING BOTH EYES NO ONE WITH SOME MONEY IN POCKET OR WEARING JEWEL WILL BE ABLE TO COME OUT OF 4 WALLS. SHOULD THE LAW ABIDING CITIZEN BE LOCKED WITHIN 4 WALLS ? more

Capitalists deciding everybody's good? Moneyed people weighing in. What future everyone sees development becomes entirely privileged. 1% India's richest owning India's 40% wealth, yet all here talking further exclusivity! In developed nations masses getting mainstreamed, here the intelligentsia demanding the opposite. more
The answer of Your Question is simple. Just make Rly Private with Govt. share. The Govt. will not have any right to interfere in day to day work administration & neither have any right to declare any Freebies to peoples. Like AAP in their ruling states. The entry & Exist should be restricted & allowed only bonafide passengers . TTE Post to be scrapped & Coach Manager to be kept . one of 3 coaches. His duty to check the tickets, Passengers amenities , Coach cleaning whichever is required. he should be empowered with authorities , not as a simple ghost doll. It will solve all these problem. so rly,. can save the TTE salaries & will get maxm. out put from this. The Present TTE ask to perfom these duties & if they denied throw them in workshops or any other locations or If Not resignation. more
Dear Daniel Sir, noted your comments: Would like to share an experience: I filed a case in the Consumer court about passengers getting into reserved coaches and causing problems to the legitimate ticket holders; sadly the court asked me this: What can we do in a country where there is a booming population...!?! I was indeed shocked...The less said the better...This infringement has legal-sanction, so to say...! more
more frequent trains will create te extra train space needed and the necessary time comforty when changing trains. nowhere in any developed country you will find only one train a day , they run sevral ones. of course less long so tey can run at higher speeds and still brake in time ithout accidents. but yeah traditions and conservatism is ruling the Indian Railways waht means no good. it is bnot the buullet trains rtghat are needed but to spend these investment in upgrading present system. more
One-sided post. Extreme scenario narrative built here. Elitist views totally showing beggars, wrongly. Should a nation have begging. What about welfarism? How much internet access power empowers the have-nots? Talking about "fellow human beings" yet speaking these words. Please love back India, too. more
This problem is not only in trains both local & long distance but also at traffic signals on roads in Mumbai. This is a serious social problem needs to be tackled by Central and State Governments. Some possible solutions are:- 1. Provide free education 2. Provide training to get employment. more
