When will government stop these northeast girls who are hired in spa without certificates and given training without payment. Then they do illegal things in the name of body spa. I think government should take action on private spa by checking their certificates. Its very disappointing that in job application they ask very only for northeast and Nepali for spa jobs. If not trained they will provide. And in return they abuse them and this has become their habit to earn money like this. I'm sorry but this should be stopped. more
Are there laws ? Who is dues licenses.who Sets the Sanitory standards.who inspects? This is a new trend in urban, city land scale. The GOI must study laws in other countries governing SPas,saloons, beauty parlours ,massage centers and bring in strictor laws so that they are not misused for sex and become a health hazard for citizens who use them for recreation and rejuvenation of body and mind. more
There is no matter of regretting. Our political system as well as our executing agencies are responsible for such illegal activities. The question is who authorised them for such work i.e Licensing Authority. Our system is very corrupt system and no Govt without political will cannot reform. This will continue as to fore. Spa, Massage parolours and even some unsex gyms have mushroomed and have become a menace for people living around because of soliciting and immoral activities. The only licence they carry the said business is from the BMC. The only way to controll them is by filing a PIL in the Honorable High Court with a prayer seeking for guidelines from the State for controlling the conduct of such spa and the unlawful activities to be made actionable and cognizable and non bailable. more
We are habituated to beat around the bush and are afraid to face the challenges. If we seriously look into the issue we will find out the real problem and the real problem is one's survival. Lack of employment opportunities forces one to do anything whether it is legal or not. When Govt collects direct taxes from those who earns more than the specified limit and further indirect taxes in the form of levies on everything that are produced in the country that all, both employed and unemployed or in other words those having their own source of income and those having no source of own income, should buy for their survival. Then, how the Govt. expects those having no source of own income to survey? If the Govt is collecting taxes from those earnings then it has a moral responsibility to provide the basic economic needs of those who are not earnings because of lack of opportunities. Govt is very serious if you don't pay taxes and will send notices and will drag you to the court but at the same time those who don't have a job have to mend their way of their own survival but must pay taxes as soon as you start earnings. Do we all think that this is the right approach? Thanks more
