Those who can squat should prefer age old squatting toilets for better bowel movement. For sitting toilets, a small stool or any kind of foot rest about one foot high can be placed below feet for better evacuation posture. more

IF YOU USE SQUATTING TOILET, YOU WILL NEVER HAVE KNEE PROBLEMS. OUR GRAND PARENTS NEVER HAD KNEE PROBLEM EVEN AT THE AGE OF 100. MY FATHER LIVED UP TO 100 AND HE DID NOT HAVE ANY KNEE PROBLEM. more
