Standards for Fractional Ownership
I saw in one of the circles that discussions are happening to set standard for hotel services. I think its need of the hour. See the recent post of brown water in 5 star hotel in Connected Consumer circle.
Now to my issue - standards also needed for fractional ownership and these club holiday programs. There is zero transparency in who and how they award stays. Total vip culture and common people never get location and room of choice. The whole membership is waste.

True...all such activities and omnipresent media have taken us to a situation in the private sector that nobody believes anybody....yesterday's comment by VC of Niti Ayog... Yes. This complaint regarding the timeshare holiday companies are coming a lot. However, customers also should read the agreements minutely before signing and paying. Most of the time there are sentences which means accomodation is subject to availability
