Standards for online reviews
I see some polls being conducted about reviews and ratings in the circles. Lot of people get duped with biased reviews and ratings book hotels buy products and services
I believe an urgent need is there right now to set standards for reviews and ratings.
Will folks at BIS take lead. They seem quite slow so far in acting

Sir, whichever ways BIS standard is evluating etables ; if those standards are followed even to 90% then Food serving outlets as you call Road side stall ( which is being encourage by certain high level also) , small eateries, hotels, restaraunts, as well as paulsh restaurant and hotel all serve poor quality of food to all customers without bothering existing BIS . So what any addition or deletion in BIS will do. Unless Inspectors implement norms rigidly.
