Standing against Sexual harrassment
Seems like in last 48 hours tens of female journalists in media have come out with their stories and named and shamed who sexually harrassed them.
We all should discuss what other industries this is prevalent, like bollywood (many tv actress and junior movie actresses have been harrassed) similarly construction industry (contractors harass young female labourers). What about corporates. Lets discuss it all and help ensure this is minimised and I say both ways.Men shouldnt be harrassed either. more

Ultimately, a disciplined approach with a certain code of conduct will have to be inculcated right from the childhood to both boys and girls. That only can bring the sustained change in the social behaviour of people. The westernization of Indian culture causes conflicts and the result is in front of all of us. All such movements though may be called revolutionary but are slowing down the nations progress. Somehow, the social equilibrium seems to be distributed badly and everything seems to be pulling down. This nation has seen many upheavals in the past. This also will come and go. One thing is sure that lot of time and energy is being spent in allegations and their denials leading to suing people with FIRs and court notices. Where it is all going to go ? I am not saying to anyone to stop it because it's a free country and it looks this so called freedom is costing us very dearly. Who will make whom understand that at what cost we got this freedom. Honour of both, the women and men must prevail. more

I shall be happy if someone lists the places where sexual harassment can't be done, instead of listing where sexual harassments are done. Several girls have committed suicide, because of sexual harassments : 1) while going to school, 2) in the School 3 ) while returning from school 4) domestic helps a) on their way to work.b) while at work, c) returning from work. While going for domestic shopping, etc. Lady teachers by co-teachers - even by students. List will be endless. Therefore, let us discuss about preventive measures. My perception is - there is on respect and/or fear towards law. Particularly, those having superiority (monetary and/or physical and/or political) are confident to ridicule the law and order processes. more

My point is - those who have claimed harassment #MeToo, will they be able to prove it after having spelt out or will it remain only an accusation? more

Such issues arise only where Acquaintance is given more and where Expressions and Exposures sounds and incite more
