Startup funding on decline

As an entrepreneur, in India, individuals think that share holders could become a nuisance as they are not ready to wait for the company to flourish and grow.
Partnership and limited company laws protect only some sect of people or people with power backup. Banks misbehave on local pressures of competitors and ask for premature payment, with out going for any kind of assessment.
Everyone understands that corruption is a root cause in all government machinery, but there is no provision to accommodate this in the balance sheet. The result is that honest entrepreneurs are listed as corrupt. Foreign investors really mind this.

We have to straighten this, and I am sure the present going of governance could achieve this. more
