Such a pessimistic view! If you do not do due diligence, you will get notices left, right and centre. I have been in business for last 38 years. Have faced numerous notices from all regulatory agencies and overcame all of them without paying bribes. If your mindset is so negative, you will not succeed in any venture, be it start up or anything else. more

What a negative perception by Ms Chabra. We have a tendency to criticize the system without understanding the ground rules. If you are pointing out genuine drawbacks please suggest solutions also. This is the reason for this forum. more

Only for startups who do not pay any attention to compliance to the law. There are plenty of startups which are successful and have not got such notices or have replied the same successfully showing all compliances. So, do not worry. I am doing business and we ensure full compliance with all rules. And no so called harassment at all. more
