Very Comprehensive. more
In night the number of nurses to serve patients is less in number in a Delhi govrt hospital so hospital authority forces the patients relative to stay with the patient in the night! more
People are unnecessarily going through allopathic treatment, diagnosis, surgeries many a times when it is not required at all. The recent scare of Swine flu is one such glaring example. Except for one advertisement by AYUSH department that home remedies like Kadhas of Raw turmeric, Ginger , black pepper etc. are quite effective, nothing else was done to educate people on simple and effective prevention and remedy. Children are worst affected by this mad leaning for allopathy. Allopathy medicine for diseases like cough, cold and fever are making them develop chronic diseases. AYUSH remedies should be given primary importance by government. There should be a huge campaign to make people aware of efficacy of simple remedies. With Sh. Arvind Kejariwal as CM and Sh. Narendra Modi as PM , both very well aware of ill effects of Allopathy, may we see a change in mindset of Government. more
There should be an helpline services by which one can approach and can have solution of their problems regarding Rude Behaviour of doctors or other hospital staff . And this help line should be out sourced . Also for smooth running of these hospitals Govt should recruit more doctors and most importantly paramedical staff by this way the burden of extra patients can be lower down for Doctors who see the rush of patients in their OPD for follow up patients . For medicine obviously it should purchased by lowest rate and should be in adequate quantity , for this an survey can be done for the quantity of medicine to be consumed in year ,although it can be accurate all the times but it would give an rough estimate of the quantity of basic and life saving medicine . more
1. Online Appointment is required. 2. Patient detail should be online with ADHAR or other identification. 3. All diagnostic facilities should be available online. 4. Test reports , diagnosis and progress reports should be available on line. 5. Availability of doctors, beds and other facilities should be made online. 6. Purchases , inventory and status of all consumables should be online. The patients should be given online appointments only. For patients without internet facility facilitators outside the OPD should make appointments. Huge waiting hall with display of appointment token no.s should be made in all OPDs. The Clinic areas should be restricted to persons with appointment. more
