REDEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ESTATE
Our youth travel to Noida & Gurgaon in large number for there bread and butter from delhi everyday. It is about time we re look at the status of industrial estates in Delhi.These places have the huge job potentials if we allow the chnage of use of Industrial plots to commercial use with certain conditions. We can actually push for allowing development of BOP in these Industrial Units by.
1. Redevelopment of the trunk & internal Services in these Estates. For Example, Mohan Industrial Estate has developed into a BOP hub & further growth is hindered by poor infrastucture.
2. Hence there is a serious need to push for reconverting the these unit specially in the central Delhi i.e. Mayapuri, Naraina etc into office space
BPO units
Convention Centre
Marriage Halls Colleges
Schools
Multilevel Parkings.
This will require charges in Master plan & robust infrastructure Development. more

1. THE CLOSED AND OR IDLE UNITS AND THE EFFECTS OF RUNNING INDUSTRIES SHALL BE WELL THOUGHT . 2. IF THE INDUSTRIAL ESTATES ARE BASED ON LEASE OR RENTAL WILL BE EASY AND ECONOMICAL FOR THE NEEDED CONVERSION. 3. IF THE ESTATES ARE OWNED BY INDIVIDUAL UNITS , THE GOVERNMENTS WAY OF APPROACH FOR CONVINCING CONVERSION WILL BE DIFFERENT AND THIS WILL FETCH ONLY THOSE INDIVIDUAL SITES BEING IDLE/CLOSED . This Thought and Proposal secures Cost Savings in many besides Better Economy utilization. more
