Pune station should be included. It's a mess and needs drastic improvement in practically all areas. First is vendor nuisance. Next cleanliness. Footbridges are being made and improved. Taxi stand and pre paid booths need improvement. Touts for taxi and auto have taken over the platforms and are the biggest nuisance. Atleast five taxi and auto lanes and five prepaid booths can be operated. Unevenness and potholes can definitely be repaired and platforms made smoother. more

what i have observed that the railway cleaning of coaches not up to the mark where it have agreed upon and quality food in pantry car very bad
secondly i want to bring to notice to railway minister that the train between mangalore and bangalore day service should cut down time and more over it is terminated at yashavanthpur station and invariably reach after schedule time and for passengers very difficult to come to majestic bus stand and it better your starting time at mangalore junction
at least one hour early or last halt at bangalore central more
Kolkata (Howrah) Station: Platforms are left vacant for more than an hour for a particular train but the train is given on the platform just 30 minutes before scheduled departure creating chaos on the platforms. This also delays the trains at times if the booked goods couldn't be loaded in time. When the platform is already vacant the trains must be given on the platforms at least 45 to 50 minutes prior to their scheduled departure. Coach position is displayed only 10 - 15 minutes prior to giving the trains on the platforms. Often the systems remain out of order causing lot of inconvenience to the passengers. more
